In an effort to help you find the right fit the first time, Impressions Online Boutique is excited to announce our new “Free Back-Up Size” program. The process and terms are pretty simple:

How It Works:

1. Create an account or sign in!
2. On your account summary page, enter valid credit card information to keep on file. Please note that, currently, customers wishing to purchase items using their PayPal account are not eligible for the back-up size program.
3. For eligible items on our site, when you add a size to your cart you will be prompted to select a back-up size (you can always choose not to receive a back-up size if you wish).
4. At time of purchase you will only be charged for your original size and we will securely store your payment information.
5. We will ship you both sizes with a free return label for one of the two sizes.
6. Simply try on both sizes and select the one that is the perfect fit.
7. Return the size that does not fit using the resealable original packaging and the provided return label. Items must be postmarked within 5 calendar days of delivery of original order.

NOTE: Please do not return both items using the pre-paid label. The label will only be valid for the weight(s) of the back-up size item(s) from your original order.

Terms & Conditions:

By accepting the terms & conditions at the time of check-out, the customer (‘you’) agrees to the following:

1. You authorize Impressions Online Boutique to retain your payment information.
2. You agree to take receipt of the items in a timely manner and postmark (for return) one of the two sizes for the garment(s) of which you were provided a back-up size.
1. Return items must be postmarked for return within 5 calendar days of receipt of original order.
2. You agree to not place any other items (aside from back-up size program items) in the return package. The pre-paid label is specifically intended for the weight of the back-up item(s). Should you have additional items from your original order you wish to return, you agree to adhere to and follow our standard return policy (found here) for those items.
3. Items not postmarked for return within 5 calendar days are assumed to be items you wish to retain. You, therefore, authorize Impressions Online Boutique to charge your original form of payment for the balance of these item(s) on the 6th day (or nearest business day) following delivery of original order.
1. If charged for the additional size(s) on your order, you agree to follow our standard return policy (found here) should you decide at a later date to return them. The time-frames presented in our standard return policy will be effective from the original order date of the back-up size(s).
