Berry Smoothie


The first smoothie is one of our all time favorites, the Berry smoothie! This smoothie is a spin on a classic Strawberry and Banana smoothie. We love that it’s packed with fiber and protein! This smoothie really shines with all-star ingredients like almond milk, chia seeds and Vega protein powder!


Ingredients

Almond Milk

Strawberries

Blueberries

1 Banana

Chia Seeds

Spoonful of Vanilla Vega Protein Powder (optional)

Spoonful of peanut butter (or almond butter)

1 Tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

Spinach (optional)


Directions:

  1. Slice the banana and strawberries.
  2. Add a cup of ice or use frozen fruit for a thicker consistency.
  3. Combine all ingredients in the blender (adding almond milk and chia seeds to taste)
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Poor the smoothie in a fun cup and add a slice of strawberry to the rim for a fun look that requires next to no effort!
  6. Enjoy anytime, anywhere!

Green Smoothie


The second smoothie is the Green smoothie! We know what you’re thinking… a green smoothie?! But, trust us, this smoothie is so good! With sweetness from the honey, juicy pineapple and flavor from the almond milk, you won’t even be able to detect the spinach! It’s a sneaky and amazing way to get in your veggies!



Ingredients

1 Banana

Handful of Spinach

Honey

½ an Avocado

Pineapple

Vanilla Almond Milk (optional)

Green Grapes (optional)


  1. Slice the banana and slice the avocado in half. The avocado is a great way to thicken your smoothie and also add more nutrients to your smoothie!
  2. Add half the avocado to your blender.
  3. Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Poor the smoothie in a fun cup!
  5. Add a slice of banana or pineapple to the rim for a festive and delicious touch!
  6. Enjoy your healthy creation!
