Since life has mainly been “at home” for those at Impressions HQ, we’ve all been doing our best to incorporate fun ways to stay active! Even with some gyms re-opening, who doesn’t love being able to get in a quick workout from the comfort of your own living room?! That being said, our Creative Team here at Impressions decided to put together a list of some of our favorite at home programs and exercises that we have been loving here lately!

Here lately I’ve been doing the BeachBody program if I want to workout inside. I had signed up a while back. But I hadn’t really used it much since I joined a gym and was loving spin class and yoga. Beachbody has really good 30 minute workouts and can all be done from home! If I want to get outside - my husband and I love to ride our bikes on trails or go for a run! 




We hope this will help and inspire you to have fun and stay active during this time! Whether it’s yoga (clearly, a staff favorite!), walking around your neighborhood, or an intense cardio video on Youtube - always remember to give yourself a little grace in this season of being at home!
