Summer to Fall August 25, 2015 16:49

Hello loves!
The most wonderFALL time of the year has arrived a bit early this year! We are so excited for cozy sweaters, chilly mornings, and pumpkin spice lattes. Sometimes dressing for chilly mornings and warm afternoons can be tricky, so we want to show you some of our favorite layering pieces that keep this transition easy.

If you haven't noticed by now, we are kind of obsessing over this Meritt tee. If you don't have one yet, you will not regret this purchase. One of the reasons we love this basic tee: it's the perfect transition piece. Pair it with shorts and sandals on the warmer fall days, then with jeans and a plaid scarf on the chilly fall nights.
{The Jack Boyfriend Tee in White $24}
{Back Road Distressed Boyfriend Jean $46}
{Cozy Love Blanket Scarf in Red $28}
{High Rise Distressed Shorts $49}
{Gemini Sandal in Grey $47.40} - On sale!

Boyfriend jeans are another staple that every girl should own (boyfriend not necessary). As an added bonus, they also transition seamlessly from summer to fall. On warmer fall afternoons pair these jeans with a tunic and heels. During chilly fall nights pair with a thin hoodie and some booties to stay warm.
{Street Style Chic Boyfriend Jean $46}
{Chic Daydreamer Tunic in Black $34}
{Back to Basics Hoodie in Teal $29}
{Above and Beyond Bootie in Black $90}

Another style we can't get enough of is the oh-so-comfy tank dress. This style can be worn casually or dressed up, just by changing shoes and adding jewelry. We love throwing a sweater over these dresses to warm up without sacrificing style. This sweater is seriously so soft, we would wear it everyday if we could. Add some tall socks for extra cold days.
